Mentorship:

There is a great deal of emphasis at the Innovation Center on helping entrepreneurs and their staffs mature as businesspersons. This business activity will involve both training and mentoring with an emphasis on one-on-one counseling to help entrepreneurs resolve business issues and access business opportunities that are important to their operations. Mentoring is key to this activity since it involves matching businesses with experienced professionals who will be involved with the individual business while they remain tenants in the Innovation Center. The Center's mentorship program connects tenants with universities and with existing businesses in the region.
