Facility:

Each of the 4 floors of the Innovation Center @ Wilkes-Barre is Class A office space, KOZ, and 15,000 sq. ft. Both the Lower Level and First Floor will be available for retail space, the Second Floor will house the Incubator, and office space will be on the Third Floor. The Innovation Center will open in early Spring 2004.
