"New Economy" incubator created within an "Old Economy" shell in the heart of Center City Wilkes-Barre.

More than an office building or a traditional business incubator, the Innovation Center is a place designed to unite energy, ideas, talent and expertise.
It is a concept that Northeastern Pennsylvania residents will now see in operation in the historic former Woolworth's facility on South Main Street in Downtown Wilkes-Barre.
This project -- managed by the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Business and Industry -- is located close to colleges and universities. This location allows tenants to easily access research and development resources and the area's well-trained workforce.
The facility features newly renovated Class A Office Space. Its location in a KOZ (Keystone Opportunity Zone) designated area, as well as a HUB Zone, provides a variety of tax incentives to potential tenants.
There is currently 15,000 square feet of Class A / Tax-free office space, along with1,000 square feet of small business startup space and 30,000 square feet of retail space available.
